Cushion Mount Tapes

Our range of cushion tapes are produced using odour-free pure solvent acrylate adhesives and are constructed of compressible foam and reinforcement technology which guarantee thickness accuracy and perfect cushioning to meet your print quality requirements and reduce dot gain.

Select the cushion hardness best suited to the image quality and printing process performance from our range of tapes.

The running length of all our rolls is 25 meters and comes in 15 and 20 thou thicknesses.

Our 15 thou cushion mount tapes are available in Soft, Medium, and Hard while our 20 thou tapes are available in Soft, Medium Soft, Medium, Medium Hard, and Hard to provide the best tolerance on pressure settings so that optimal print impression can be achieved.

Rolls are available in 457 mm and 1372 mm widths and can be slit to meet your specific requirements.

Solid Mount Tapes

Our range of solid double-sided hard tapes are suitable for mounting photopolymer or rubber plates for flexography, letterpress, and label printing. Our solid tapes are designed with balanced adhesion levels to give good plate security while allowing distortion-free repositioning and demounting. The adhesives are designed to remove clearly and without residues from sleeves and metal cylinders after use.

The running length of all our solid tape rolls is 25 meters and comes in 100, 200 and 300 micron thicknesses.

Rolls are available in 310 mm and 1250 mm widths and can be slit to meet your specific requirements.

Our PP film and Creped liners are available in brown, cream, and green.

Edge Sealing Tape

Our specialised edge sealing tape serves as a protective barrier for the plate edges, especially on smaller-diameter printing cylinders or sleeves. By applying edge sealing tape, you not only secure the plate firmly in place but also safeguard against potential issues like plate lifting or web breaks caused by tape-substrate contact. It acts as an extra layer of assurance, contributing to the longevity of the plate and enhancing the overall reliability and efficiency of the printing operation. Incorporating edge sealing tape into the mounting process is a proactive measure that pays off in terms of print quality and production stability.

The running length of our edge sealing tape is 66 meters and comes in a standard width of 25 mm.

This single-sided tape consists of a hard 30 micron white PVC carrier coated with natural rubber adhesive.

Blue, green, and red coloured carriers are also available.
